Padma Shri Dr. M. Krishnan Nair, MD, FRCR

Dr. Krishnan Nair is one of the leading oncologists in India. He is the founding Director of Regional Cancer Center (RCC) at Trivandrum, and he received the Padma Shri award from the President of India for his outstanding contributions to cancer research and treatment.

As the Director of RCC, he was responsible for establishing one of the largest comprehensive cancer centres in India. Currently, he is the only member from India on the Advisory Committee of the Director General, WHO and Cancer Technical Group (CTG) of WHO. He is currently the Director of SUT Institute of Oncology at Thiruvananthapuram.

Dr. T. V. Anilkumar, PhD, FRMS, CBiol, MIBiol

Dr. Anilkumar established and heads the Laboratory for Confocal Microscopy and Experimental Pathology at Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology at Trivandrum. He is a Fellow of the Royal Microscopical Society, and a renowned expert in experimental/toxicological pathology, tissue engineering, microscopy and life-science imaging.

He received his Masters degree and Doctorate from University of London. He holds two patents in tissue engineering and has numerous published works in international journals to his credit. He is also an assessor of National Accreditation Board for Laboratories and a member of many important professional bodies including Institute of Biologists (UK) and National Academy of Sciences.

Dr. T. R. Sreekrishnan, PhD

Dr.Sreekrishnan is a Professor in the Department of Biochemical Engineering and Biotechnology at IIT, Delhi. His major research areas are bioprocess engg., waste engg., environmental biotechnology, aerobic and anaerobic biological treatment processes for high strength and toxic industrial waste streams, biodegradation of xenobiotic compounds, production of biodegradable polymers and development of biosensors for monitoring environmental pollutants. He is the author of various papers in reputed international publications and books and holds a patent for his work.
